when you jump try to "pop" your hips out, concentrate on that instead of gettin high. it will make it look much more like a toe touch instead of a spread eagle. for streching.. id say do lots of leg lifts ( striaght up and down - circular ) when i started doin them my jumps got SO much higher, practice practice! good luck!
